Terms & Conditions for DEMAK Facebook Competition

1.	This Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. You are in direct association with DEMAK Sri Lanka and not with Facebook.
2.	This competition is run by DEMAK (Sri Lanka).
3.	Contestants are eligible to enter the contest by completing the following steps: o like the "DEMAK " Facebook page; o like and share the post; (Like Page Button will be included) o Get as many friends as possible to like DEMAK facebook page and the post you shared .
4.	The closing date for the competition: th August 2018
5.	A weekly updated scoreboard will be uploaded on to the "DEMAK " Facebook page to highlight the person who leading at that specific date and time in terms of likes and shares.
6.	The winner will be selected at the end of the campaign through the progression of the scoreboard that is maintained on the DEMAK facebook page.
7.	The organizers reserve the right to choose the winners at their own discretion & judgments.
8.	The age of the contestants must be & above and must possess a valid driver’s license to be eligible to enter the competition.
9.	DEMAK Sri Lanka reserves all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the contest including, but not limited to, the submission of any entry that DEMAK Sri Lanka, using our reasonable judgment, deems inappropriate.
10.	The prize is not negotiable or transferable.
11.	The prize cannot be accepted by a third party on your behalf.
12.	You also further agree to participate in any reasonable publicity required by DEMAK Sri Lanka.
13.	The decision of DEMAK Sri Lanka is final.
14.	DEMAK Sri Lanka reserves the right to hold, void, suspended, cancel, or amend the prize draw where it becomes necessary to do so.
15.	There is no entry fee, or no purchase required to enter this competition.
16.	By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
17.	Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
18.	No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received or visually represented in the winner selection process for whatever reason.
19.	In entering the prize draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the prize. DEMAK Sri Lanka will require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the prize draw.
20.	DEMAK Sri Lanka will not accept prize draw entries that are completed by third parties nor in bulk, have been altered, reconstructed, forged or tampered with, or are incomplete.
21.	There is no cash alternative for the prize.
22.	If you are the winner, you agree that DEMAK Sri Lanka may use your name, image and the town or city of residence to announce the winner of this competition.
23.	Personal data supplied during this the course of this competition may be passed on to third party suppliers only insofar as required for fulfilment/ delivery/ arrangement of the prize.
24.	If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, DEMAK Sri Lanka may, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to exclude you from participating in the competition.
